Terms of Service

The following terms and conditions govern the use of the web-based platform Wedtrove (hereinafter referred to as "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, as well as our privacy policy. Please review these terms carefully before using the Service. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the Service. Wedtrove is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties, guarantees, commitments, or obligations except where required by applicable law.

1. Service Overview

Wedtrove is a web platform that provides tools for creating and managing personalized photo albums, primarily for weddings and similar events. Users can create albums, add titles, and generate a QR code or link that others can use to access the album and upload photos or videos. The Service is primarily intended for hosts to collect photos and videos from guests.

Certain features of the Service also allow users to design and order physical photo products. When a user places a print order, Wedtrove may use third-party service providers to process payments, generate print-ready files, manufacture the product, and coordinate shipping or delivery.

The use of Wedtrove may require a purchase. Prices for the Service may change, and new fees or subscriptions may be introduced at any time, with or without notice. Wedtrove has no obligation to notify users of pricing, feature, subscription, or service changes. Payment processing may be handled by third parties, and Wedtrove is not responsible or liable for any payment, charge, billing, refund, processor, or transaction issue or dispute.

By placing a print order through Wedtrove, you authorize us to share the information reasonably necessary to process and fulfill that order, including contact details, shipping details, order metadata, and the print-ready files or content required to produce the product.

The Service may be updated, expanded, modified, limited, suspended, discontinued, or made unavailable at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice and without liability.

2. Account Registration and Management

To access certain features of Wedtrove, users may be required to provide information or complete authentication steps. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that any information provided is accurate and to maintain the security of their account or access. Users are solely responsible for all activities that occur through their account, access, link, QR code, event, gallery, or page.

Wedtrove may suspend, restrict, disable, or delete any account or access to the Service at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. Wedtrove has no obligation to maintain, restore, preserve, or provide access to any account, data, upload, media, album, gallery, QR code, link, or other content.

Users may delete their account at any time. Deleting an account may permanently remove associated data and content. Wedtrove is not responsible or liable for deleted, inaccessible, corrupted, incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or lost data or content.

3. Conditions of Use

By using Wedtrove, you agree to use the platform lawfully. You are solely responsible for all content uploaded, submitted, shared, displayed, downloaded, stored, or otherwise made available through your account, event, gallery, QR code, link, or Wedtrove page, including content uploaded by guests or other third parties.

Anyone with the shared QR code or link can upload content to the album. It is the user's responsibility to control access to the QR code or link. The Service does not guarantee that unauthorized persons will not gain access, upload content, view content, copy content, misuse content, or otherwise interact with the album, gallery, QR code, link, or page. Users agree to hold Wedtrove harmless from any liability, claim, loss, damage, cost, or dispute resulting from access to or activity involving a shared QR code, link, page, event, album, gallery, upload, or account.

Wedtrove does not control, endorse, verify, pre-screen, monitor, approve, or assume responsibility for user-generated content, guest uploads, third-party submissions, comments, media, images, videos, links, files, captions, names, messages, or any other material made available through the Service. Wedtrove is not responsible or liable for content that is offensive, unlawful, infringing, inaccurate, private, confidential, harmful, corrupted, low quality, unwanted, missing, delayed, or otherwise objectionable.

Wedtrove may remove, block, restrict, delete, review, or refuse content at any time, but has no obligation to do so. Users are solely responsible for obtaining all permissions, rights, releases, consents, and licenses necessary for content uploaded to or shared through the Service.

Using the Service in any way that disrupts its security, integrity, or availability is prohibited. Unauthorized attempts to access or manipulate the Service's systems are not allowed.

After 12 months from the date of purchase, photos, videos, and the corresponding album may be automatically deleted or made unavailable. It is the user's responsibility to download their content if they wish to keep it. The Service assumes no liability for content lost due to deletion or unavailability. Wedtrove may also delete, restrict, remove, disable, or make content unavailable earlier where permitted by law, and has no obligation to back up, recover, export, preserve, or provide any content.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Wedtrove remain the property of the Service or its respective owners. Users do not receive any rights to this content or intellectual property, except those explicitly granted under these terms.

Users retain the rights to their uploaded photos and videos but grant the Service a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, copy, modify, display, transmit, reproduce, distribute, create derivative technical files from, and otherwise use the content in connection with operating, maintaining, securing, improving, and providing the Service and related products.

Wedtrove does not claim ownership of user-uploaded photos, videos, or other content. Wedtrove does not use user-uploaded photos, videos, or other content in marketing, advertising, promotional materials, public showcases, or similar external communications.

If you order a physical product through the Service, this license also includes the limited right for Wedtrove and its service providers to process your content and generate print-ready files solely for the purpose of producing and fulfilling that order.

It is prohibited to copy, modify, or distribute content, trademarks, or intellectual property from Wedtrove without prior written permission. Users may not upload or share content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of the Service or others.

5. No Warranties

Wedtrove is provided on an "as is," "as available," and "with all faults" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wedtrove disclaims all warranties, representations, conditions, guarantees, and commitments of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, security, performance, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, data preservation, storage, backups, or suitability for any event, wedding, print product, album, gallery, or purpose.

Wedtrove does not guarantee that the Service, QR codes, links, uploads, downloads, galleries, albums, print files, checkout, integrations, emails, third-party services, storage, or any other feature will work, remain available, remain secure, meet expectations, be compatible with any device or browser, or be free from errors, delays, interruptions, defects, loss, corruption, unauthorized access, or other issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

Use of Wedtrove is entirely at the user's own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wedtrove is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or other damages or losses of any kind, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or any other legal theory.

This limitation applies to all damages, claims, losses, costs, liabilities, and disputes arising from or related to use of, or inability to use, Wedtrove, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost opportunities, emotional distress, reputational harm, event disruption, wedding disruption, data loss, media loss, content loss, privacy issues, security issues, unauthorized access, failed uploads or downloads, QR code or link issues, account issues, outages, errors, delays, bugs, third-party acts, guest uploads, user-generated content, print orders, payment issues, shipping issues, production issues, or any other issue connected to the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wedtrove is also not responsible for delays, production errors, shipping issues, customs issues, or other losses caused by third-party payment processors, manufacturing partners, fulfillment partners, or carriers involved in a print order.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wedtrove's total aggregate liability is zero. If applicable law does not allow a zero-liability cap, Wedtrove's total aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the amount the user paid directly to Wedtrove for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim arose. These limitations extend to the benefit of Wedtrove's owners, employees, contractors, representatives, affiliates, vendors, partners, processors, and agents.

7. Changes to the Terms

The Service reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. Updated terms may be published on Wedtrove and will take effect immediately upon publication, unless a different effective date is stated.

By continuing to use the platform after the revised terms are published, users agree to the changes. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly. Wedtrove has no obligation to send individual notices, reminders, explanations, summaries, or updates about changes. If a user disagrees with the updated terms, they must discontinue using Wedtrove.

8. Termination of Service

The Service may terminate, suspend, restrict, disable, limit, remove, or refuse access to any account, feature, event, gallery, album, QR code, link, upload, content, purchase, or part of the Service at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without prior notice.

Wedtrove is not liable for any consequences, damages, losses, costs, claims, or disputes arising from termination, suspension, restriction, removal, deletion, unavailability, or loss of access, including loss of data, media, account access, QR code functionality, links, galleries, albums, uploads, downloads, purchases, or content. Wedtrove has no obligation to provide advance notice, support, export tools, recovery, restoration, backups, refunds, credits, or compensation.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and any related disputes shall be governed by the laws applicable to the Service. All disputes arising from these terms or the use of Wedtrove are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to be enforceable.

10. Final Provisions

If any part of these terms becomes invalid, the remaining provisions will still apply. No waiver of any provision of these terms will be effective unless made by Wedtrove in writing.

These terms represent the entire agreement between the user and the Service regarding Wedtrove and override any prior agreements.

11. No Refunds

By purchasing access to Wedtrove, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable. Once payment has been processed, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing the Service features, limitations, and these Terms of Service before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept this no-refund policy.

This policy applies regardless of whether you have used the Service, downloaded any content, or created any albums. The Service does not provide refunds for unused time, dissatisfaction with features, technical issues, change of mind, or any other reason. Please ensure you fully understand what you are purchasing before proceeding with payment.

Technical difficulties, downtime, upload issues, download issues, lost content, deleted content, unavailable content, account issues, user error, guest uploads, third-party issues, payment issues, feature changes, discontinued features, or inability to use the Service do not qualify for refunds or exceptions to this policy. All purchases are considered final from the moment payment is completed.
